One-on-One coaching

The last thing you need to do during your job search is spin your wheels. That is where we can help. From gentle guiding to the occasional challenge, we will help you get the most out of yourself.  You have to be "on" each time you interact with a potential employer - either over the phone or in person.

Some Common Areas Where Coaching is a Good Decision

• You’re not sure where to start. It is natural to be overwhelmed at the beginning of your search. But, the duration of this feeling has to be short-lived. We will get you on track.
• You’re in the middle of your direct mail campaign and the results are lower than you expected. Together, we’ll discuss your approach including role playing to ensure your message is on target.
• You’re heading to an interview. It is hard work to get to an in-person interview. You need to be ready so that you maximize your chance for success.  And, you cannot miss any details at this point.  From your attire at the interview to the follow-up thank you note, your potential employer is looking closely at your business acumen.
